A very relaxing stay at the Ritz Carlton and a great location next to the beach and near the marina. It was one holiday
All staff were fantastic. Executive lounge was a nice way to relax and served a wide selection of foods and drinks.
Drinks were quite pricey at the pool bar. Also depending on which barman was on would depend on how a cocktail is made and how much alcohol is added. Although there were beds available around the pool most times, many guests reserved beds and then were not seen for many hours, which needs to be addressed by the hotel.

We were warmly welcomed by Marco, who checked us in late on May 23rd after our evening flight. His kindness, calm manner, and professionalism made us feel at home instantly. On May 25th, when I settled our account, it was again Marco who assisted us with the same grace and attention to detail. He left a lasting impression — a true gentleman and a credit to the Ritz-Carlton team. A very special thank you to Karla and the Ritz-Carlton Concierge Team, who organized an unforgettable birthday surprise for my wife on the evening of May 24th. When we returned to our room, we were overwhelmed by the beauty: elegant decorations, a delicious birthday cake, and an absolutely stunning bouquet of roses. It was magical and heartfelt — something we will never forget. The room itself was spacious, luxurious, and spotless, with breathtaking ocean views. Housekeeping visited multiple times a day, always leaving the room in pristine condition and often surprising us with creative towel arrangements and small, thoughtful touches. Everything in the room was constantly checked and maintained — a true standard of excellence. We also enjoyed access to the Club Lounge, where breakfast and all-day culinary offerings were consistently outstanding. The service was warm and attentive, and the selection was both varied and of exceptional quality. The beach and pool areas were clean, peaceful, and elegantly arranged, perfect for relaxation during the day. Every single member of the staff — from reception to concierge, from housekeeping to the Club Lounge — treated us with genuine care, kindness, and attention to detail. Great Dubai beach luxury hotel
Very nice position at the beach in jumeirah. Ample facilities. Great food at Latin American main beach restaurant and breakfast choices are top notch and comprehensive across cultures. Very friendly staff. Nice rooms. And helpful quality valet service. Both at beach and hotel door. Great spa and many pools. Helpful concierge .well kept older hotel. Good also for families but quiet areas are available everywhere.
Allocation of room was done discriminatory and without explanation nor tolerance. . Position implies traffic jams for most city visits and transfers unless early in the morning. Ritz carlton style as such may seem to some as being a bit outdated or dusted.in this particular destination .
